Childbirth education

Get a primer on the stages of labor and strategies to help you get through it. Plus, the info on what to expect -- and how to heal -- after delivery. Make sure to take this by your seventh month, so you get all the basics before baby decides to make her grand entrance.

Cesarean childbirth

If you know you’re having a c-section, this is the class for you. You’ll get details on what really happens during the surgery, including how the anesthesia works, plus advice on recovering after the birth.

Breastfeeding prep

Getting the knack of breastfeeding can be much easier if you already know the basics. This class covers how to properly position baby, get her to latch correctly and know she’s feeding enough. You’ll also learn what you can and can’t eat, how to avoid sore nipples and how to pump and store milk.
