Want to avoid pain-relief drugs? At a hypnobirthing class, you can learn and practice methods to literally hypnotize yourself into deeply relaxing during the birth. It could even make childbirth shorter, easier and safer.

Breastfeeding prep

Getting the knack of breastfeeding can be much easier if you already know the basics. This class covers how to properly position baby, get her to latch correctly and know she’s feeding enough.
