Most OBs will recommend a cesarean, but a vaginal birth might still be an option, too, especially if a version (turning the baby manually) is successful. When your due date nears and baby is still breech, you and your OB will inevitably discuss both the risks and benefits of giving a version -- or even a breech delivery -- a shot.

I had twins all natural and my daughter was breech. I could only find one doctor that would do the delivery but it was not bad at all. I made sure the doctors knew that c-section was jot an option unless I had to. They tried to turn my little winter but it was really painful so breech it was. Good luck
