Probably--but not for a while. Remember, it took nine months to gain that weight, and it could take nine to 12 months or longer to get rid of it, depending on how much weight it is.

To make the return to your pre-pregnancy body quick and healthy, eat a well-balanced diet throughout pregnancy and after delivery. Aim for fruits, veggies, lean proteins, calcium-rich foods, whole grains and healthy fats. Staying physically active will help you get back in shape too. But remember to be patient--if you feel frustrated about your changed body, just take a look at your little bundle of joy. Totally worth it!

Q&A: Will I ever be able to wear my pre-pregnancy clothes again?

I've recently given birth and I didn't gain too much kilos.Actualy I am feeling more pretty and sexy now and this is why I've decided to change my style.I've started with my hairstyle and I've also bought some colorful dresses that emphasize my shapes and I even changed my perfume.I've bought an Armani code perfume which has a fresh fragrance and it makes me feel younger and attractive.
