Yes, it's totally fine! Some pregnant women worry about loud noises because the baby moves around when he hears them. But it won't hurt baby's hearing or do any other damage. Enjoy.

As long as you don't go jumping in a mosh pit! And in general , use common sense. Don't do anything that would make you uncomfortable (like standing for several hours without rest, or being so close to the stage that you would be squashed flat like a pancake). I go to a 2 day festival (Rock on the Range) every year, and I saw quite a few pregnant women. It was soooo hot though, and I imagine they HAD to be miserable. I made a mental note not to go to that concert the following year if I was pregnant, I just wouldn't feel right.

I just went to one the day I found out I was pregnant. The bass gave me intense nausea, so it might not be best in your first trimester.

Been to 3 so far! I figure this is a family bonding experience. Took the boyfriend with me and had a great time at New Found Glory, The Pixies (this was the most amazing) and 4 others at a punk fest in San Francisco. I got overheated if I was in the crowd too much, but you know what that feels like and you just walk out of the large mess of people. Drink lots of water and know where the bathroom is.

Yes, rock concerts are absolutely fine! The noise will not be a problem at all. Like an above commenter said, just don't do anything dumb, and be sure to drink plenty of water if the concert is prolonged or outside. Go and have fun!

Q&A: Is it okay to go to a rock concert during pregnancy?

I was pregnant in 12 weeks when my husband told me he bought two tickets at a rap concert for us, I was bored of staying at home with my older son and playing with the piggin string with him so I decided to attend the concert and have some fun. My husband forgot to tell me our places were near the audio system and when we got there and music started playing I felt bad so I asked him to take me out of there, he understood me so we decided to have dinner at the restaurant.
