Your Pregnancy: Week 10

Had my second internal u/s today and actually saw the baby move at 9wk4d. It was very strange. Looked like a sea creature wobbling under water.

i had my second ulttrasound this week. i've been extremely ill from the pregnancy and the doc just wanted to check on the baby. she said "don't worry. baby will take what baby needs! we just need to keep you fed." seeing the little heartbeat on the screen made me feel much better. being so sick, i haven't been able to enjoy this yet. i hope to get better soon...

Having our 1st, and still in the 1st trimester. My love affair with food has come to an abrupt halt as even smells of food make me queezy. I'm excited, but frustrated too about the food situation. How can our baby be getting what it needs if I can't bring myself to eat anything? have my 1st appt in 2 weeks, hopefully i'll find out that all is well within

Ive been experiencing migraines around the 10th week of my pregnancy. When my twin sis was prego she had the same symptoms. She said put your one foot in a bucket with icy cool water and the other in steamy hot water. I wont take any pills for migraines but this really helps!. It constricts and loosens your blood vessles at once.

I am 10weeks exactly today. I had an ultrasound and saw my baby. It was really funny to see. The arms were moving all around. It was really amazing

We had our first appointment this week! Saw and heard the heartbeat at 9 weeks and 6 days :-) Incredible!!

Ten weeks as of yesterday! I went in today for my NT Screening for Down Syndrome and Trisomy #18. I went in expecting them to take 2-4 vials of blood... didn't expect 10! Yikes! To answer KristenKB413, I have also been having cramps and my doctor assured me as well that this is normal. Congrats ladies!

I'm 10 weeks today. My heart is so full. I have another OB appointment next Friday and can't wait to hear the heartbeat again. So exciting! I'm ready to be out of the first trimester though and get that "second wind" that I keep hearing about. KristenKB413: I have occasional cramping too. My doc reassured me that it is just normal growing and stretching of the uterus and as long as I'm not bleeding not to worry. I just lie down and put my feet up when it happens and that seems to help.

I am really happy about my second baby, I just really want this one to be a girl I hope that gender prediction really works!

this morning sickness needs to end...im so sick all the time...i want to enjoy being pregnant

Not really noticing the blue veins-definitely noticing the disappearing waistline though!Should I be worried?

So this is my second pregnancy... With my first child I stayed slim for the most part (i started at 93lbs and ended at 129) but this time i feel like a balloon! I am already at 117. Thats okay, still not super heavy. Just showing a lot quicker than the other soon-to-be mommys in the office

I just turned 10 weeks. I have been so lucky not to have 'morning sickness'! I have always had migraines and have noticed that my headaches have gotten more frequent this past week. I just hope that those don't continue!! Congrats to all of you. My husband and I are really happy and excited since this is our first. Just can't wait to find out if we are having a boy or girl. We just found out that I am not a carrier of Cystic Fibrosis (his niece has this).

I'm 10 weeks today, still getting sick every day and having some cramping as well, though the cramping is gettng better....we are very excited, but i'm deffinitly ready to start feeling better and getting my energy back!

for those who are sick, dont fret. It should ease up later...when i was pregnant with my daughter, i was super sick all the time. I'm now 10 wks with #2 and hardly ever sick. saltines have always been my savior when the nausea is bad. helps if you get the heartburn too. this pregnancy, i do have the abdominal pains though...doc said it's from the uterus growing. wierd to have it hurt this time around only.

I went to Target to day just to browse!I bought a $69 manual breastpump for $17.So excited!

I will be 10 weeks tom. the 17th and the morning sickness has seemed to have gone away. It's actually kind of funny because the whole time I was sick i was wishing it would go, and now that it has gone I kind want it back. lol

Kristen, YES!! I had the worst cramping ever, and that was before I knew I was pregnant. I definitely thought that something was wrong with me! I was told it's normal and not to worry :)

I am 9 wks 6 days today. We have known since Dec. 11th (my birthday). It still seems unreal. I find myself putting my hand on my stomach a lot and thinking about our little one growing every day. I am not hungry and have had morning sickness and afternoon sickness. I am so sleepy every day after work and just can't manage to do anything when work is all done.

Cramping really scared me in the beginning, I had not had cramps like that since I was a teenager. Eventually they calm down and appear periodically. This is entirely normal and just means baby is growing and your body is making room. Unless your spotting there is no need for concern. When I had my miscarrige with my first pregnancy (5 weeks) I did not have cramps, this pregnancy is going well and baby peanut is putting me through the ringer. Im 10 weeks and the heating pad is my best friend!

I am 10 weeks today. I have PCOS and my partner had testicular cancer with 6 weeks of radiation about 4 years ago. Needless to say, this pregnancy was a SHOCK! Our little gummybear is growing with a heartbeat of 163. Amazing.

I am 10w and 2d today! I am very excited! This will be our first after a loss.
