What if my OB isn't around on the day I go into labor?
If you haven't asked your doctor who will deliver your baby in the case that she's not available, ask now. If you already have a good idea of who will be "on call" when your OB isn’t and are simply panicking, settle down. Trust that your OB will leave you in good hands. Plus, you'll likely be spending more time with the labor nurses than with your OB.
