I am possibly the worst pregnant woman ever! I am 23 weeks with my 3rd son and I just want to have the baby! Not early, I want him to be due! I am to excited and impatient! by jksmom99
NST #2 today came back great. Iz has gained another half pound since last week and doc says she's very proportionate. :) by MzJordie
I am only aboyt 7-8 weeks pregant and I love how even though my first pregnancy was miserable, everyone thinks that I am exagerating being sick in this one. How in the world do you exagerate throwing up all day?? by KeidaGenn
It's pretty ridiculous when the men around me, like my husband and brother, tell me how I am feeling at this point in my pregnancy. I puke at least 4 or 5 different times a day and the rest of the time im sleeping or just trying to relax. They tell me that I dont really feel this way I'm just being a drama queen. I'm sorry but have they ever carried a baby before? by katelen
So tired....I'm only 5 weeks and I can't go a whole day without 9 hurs of sleep or a nap.... soooooooo tired... it must be a boy I was never like this when I was pregnant with my daughter! by Lady713Luck
37 weeks and 5 days! Still don't feel like she's ready to come just yet. I'm going for another NST tomorrow and then we have two more appts on Monday. Going to have the car seat installed Thursday morning - making it officially official - she can come home with us! :) I've been feeling quite well, tho am having some tummy troubles here and there. Gained 2.5 pounds in ONE WEEK - but I'm blaming it on the holiday. That brings our total to 20 - right on track! by MzJordie
was having horrible abd cramps @ 6 wks- went to the doc and had an u/s today - saw the baby and its heart beating! everything's fine!!! =) by danilee8

i am soooo excited i took a digi and when the words pregnant showed up...i started shaking!....again! lol by mamaclaudia
So far this 2nd pregnncy has been soooo different. With my daughter I had almost no symptoms, this time around has been the exact opposite! I'm peeing every 5 seconds, I SOOOOO tired, and I want Wendy's Jr. cheeseburger delux like no other! I'm only 5.5 weeks and I'm getting dizzy all the time and seeing spots when get up too fast. That didn't happen until the last trimester last pregnancy... Perhaps it's a boy this time??? Hope so! by Lady713Luck
I am scared because this is our first pregnancy. In addition, we don't have our first doctor's appointment until I am 8.5 weeks along! We would like to tell our extended family, but we want to wait to hear the heartbeat. I only wish we could squeeze into the doctor's at 7 weeks or so. So far, I am feeling good: tired, sore boobs (who would have thought that wearing a bra would feel better than NOT wearing one?), and a little nausea. At 5.5 weeks, I am doing pretty well! by adamandmal
I am 16 weeks and 3 days and for some reason i am not hungry at all and i can't get enough to drink nor do i use the bathroom like a normal person at this stage, what do you guys think maybe wrong?? I do have a dr's apt on the 7th, but i just wanted some input from my fellow mom's to be!!! by flyers
I have had a rough week. I am in my 15th week and had a UTI last week. I am on antibiotics and I hate taking them. Baby is doing well. Can't wait to find out what we are having a few more weeks. I am still not in my honeymoon phase that I keep hearing everyone chat about. In fact, I feel a little bummed (I'm hoping just because I am not feeling so hot for the UTI). This is my first pregnancy and I just want everything to be perfect. I get down on myself because I am tired, threw up or just don't feel full of energy. I also have been feeling like nesting. I am happy at home with my cats and my husband. Are all these things normal. I feel like such a wuss cause I feel sick. The doctor's say that I am doing fine and these are all normal pregnancy concerns. Please help a new mom to be with some advice... by Rosch53
Had two miscarriages earlier this year... just got a + pregnancy test!! unbelievable scared, but so happy.. anyone else been there? by angieandtim

I am 27 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Is it normal to be able to feel your baby's movements where your pubic bone is? This is my second pregnancy and I never felt this when I was pregnant with my daughter. Why does it feel like my son is far down? by Alicia817122010
im 13 wks n im getting real bad cramps on my cut i wonder if its suppose to hurt more since i got a c section with my last child. i dont get morning sickness its more like night sickness! hope i have a girl this time. im getting the opposite effect with this pregnacy. by gracieo21
I'm eight weeks, I just started getting morning sickness and my nose is so clogged that I have to breath through my mouth at night which makes my airway very dry (uncomfortable) n the cramps are still here but not as bad as in the beginning. I just want to be 12 weeks so I don't have to worry as much. I'm not complaining just need to find a way to get comfy and not worry as much. Smiles:0) by cookiediamond
I am 10 weeks ish preggars. I feel good but it's weird. My cramps and morning sickness just kind of went away and I worry. I know I shouldn't but it seems weird that they were here and now just gone. We are so excited, I just wish you could look in there and see what's going on all the time!! lol. by peppermintp76
I'm 14 wks pregnant and I feel like it's been forever. I'm on an emotional rollercoaster that seems never to get better. I have a slight cold, so when I sneeze I get these bad cramps and it's so painful. I really didn't get morning sickness, but I did lose 10 lbs so far. I've been really tired, esp at work just staring at the computer and working these spreadsheets. I feel like time is going and nothing is ready. Can't wait until I find out the sex so I can get the baby's room ready. by nyseness
I will be 15 weeks tomorrow. A little bummed that I don't "feel' pregnant. I mean everyone gets headaches and deals with weight fluctuations. I don't feel like I look pregnant and I have been fortunate, I guess, that I haven't had to deal with the morning sickness and such. Counting down the days until the next ultrasound and finding out what we are having!! by kellica
37 weeks today! We put Iz's swing and travel system together this week, so we are all ready for her arrival! I've been SO tired lately - falling asleep at 9pm the past two nights. The hubby has been getting his dose of estrogen and it's cute to see him like this, He is going to be the best Dad, I know it! I've finally started feeling uncomfortable while sleeping and sitting, but still have it relatively easy, I feel. Glad to have a long weekend ahead of us for rest! by MzJordie
I am having a rollercoaster day already and it's only 12:30pm! I am starting to worry about money and insurance. I've only just graduated university and am 23 so I don't know if I am still covered by my parent's insurance. I don't know if I can get any now (it's not like I can find a job at the moment) If not, how am I going to pay for all my Dr visits and a hospital room? My partner and I live in London, but I am moving back to America and will have the baby there without him. Ugh. by ThisisShe
I just got home a few minutes ago from my parents house to find a message in my answering machine from my family practitioner. he feels that my what ever levels are high enough that i might be farther along than the 3 weeks and 2 days i thought i was. I just don't understand? by fairyofoy1979
I will be 14 weeks tomorrow and I'm feeling a lot better! I didn't have any morning sickness, just REALLY tired! I had a huge burst of energy yesterday and cleared out the nursery so it's ready to start painting! by lenamack10
I'm 37 weeks today, and so exhausted. It is hard getting comfortable at night. I'm so tired of people asking me am I ready? or say you look like you are going to pop any minute. I am so excited to meet my little boy. by nickeyPeaches23

I am 19 weeks and 6 days and i have finially been feel my lil one move around. Found out that we are having a lil boy. My husband and I are thrilled to death bout it. I have been getting leg cramps here in the past few weeks and boy do they hurt! But it is all worth it in the end. by ashleyjordan905
23 weeks today and this baby is so active. WOW allways at 12am-4am im am so tired oh well as long as everything is ok in there i will deal. Hope all is well with every one else by brea20th
27 weeks today. Lately I've been really tired and has lots of leg cramps. I also have a fractured tailbone so I am in pain. The only relief is when I feel my baby move around. He's so adorable and makes me happy. by Bridget1988
To mommy eleanor...I felt the same way at four weeks and I couldn't wait to start actually feeling pregnant ! I was even questioning if the three tests I took were right or not. Dont worry It's coming! Give it a couple more weeks. My morning sickness started at about six weeks. However, I also have plenty of friends who say they hardly felt anything different their first trimester. So if you still feel good just be thankful ! Good Luck ! by mamajeanne
Well im 11 weeks and 2 days. My sickness has been doing better, but still can not look at meat or i will get sick. My belly is getting bigger but it just looks like i'v been eating way to many cheeseburgers then me looking like im having a baby...lol...my sleeping is terrible...and im having to make myself eat little things.... by brandie_richardson1989@yahoo.com
Not sure how to post a question...so I'll do it here! I'm 4 weeks and the only real symptoms I have are a missed period and 3 + HPT, a little tired and slightly sore breasts (but nothing terrible that has me complaining). My stomach feels a bit "off" but not intense morning sickness. Is it ok that I don't have intense symptoms?? (I don't have any cramping or bleeding...phew!). by MommyEleanor
11 weeks and 5 days. Been feeling a lot better lately. My belly is getting bigger for sure! Can hardly fit into anything but i've only gained a couple of pounds. But, right now it looks more like a chubby belly then a baby bump. I can't wait til the bump gets here! That way I won't have to worry about looking chunky...I can look as pregnant as I want! by MariatheRose
I am 38 weeks and 1 day. Actually slept pretty well last night! Am so excited about seeing my little boy!!! Also nervous about the delivery....Lots of problems @ work.... not letting me go part time and then telling me after I am out for 3 months will post my job. Have been an employee for 15 years @ my hospital. I am a nurse. So upsetting for me. by tgbaby10
We are going to be 37 weeks in two days and the doctor told us yesterday that Izzie is estimated to weigh eight pounds already! I can't even believe it and am keeping my fingers crossed that she decides to come early! Doc says she's going to walk herself to the nursery! :) Our OB has us doing a 24 hour urine test because he's worried about my blood pressure and the possibility of toxemia...fingers crossed that all comes back well! If not, he was talking about scheduling an induction, which I am not really excited about. We had another 3D us and it looks like she is going to look like her Mom - chubby cheeks and all! We can't wait until she gets here and we can find out for sure! I've been having a few dreams about her lately, but I never picture her in my dreams...We're having an issue with the cat sleeping in the bassinet at night when we're not looking, so if anyone has any tips on controlling the cat (who was previously the baby girl), please help! by MzJordie
Couldn't sleep a straight hour last night!! Tossed & turned all night...finally got up and went into the officeat 6:45am. Not my ideal thing to do!! by jaye_walk

my big sisters think I'm preggers with Twins because of how severe my symptoms are. Wonder if there is any merit to that? Enjoying every nauseous, exhausting minute of it. by WishIMayWishIMight

Beware however, I am pregant with my second and my morning sickness was so bad that I had to get FMLA at work in case I had to leave, it is that bad. Every pregnancy is different and be thankful you are having a calm one. by Tcchere

I found out almost 3 weeks ago that my husband and I are expecting our third baby. It has been so long since my last child 7 years ago I am getting all of the prego and new mommy feelings back again. We had our first doctors appointment last Thursday and we are looking forward to our first ultrasound tomorrow to find out how far along I am. We were unable to estimate a due date due to my irregular periods so tomorrows ultrasound will give us a due date. by Wshn4abbygrl
We just went to our first prenatal appointment. I think the doctor thought we were crazy. My mate wants to hire a "Bob" to go with me to my future appointments. Obviously this is a joke but the doctor certainly didn't think so. Oh goodness we are off to a good start! by babyonboard23
Just found out Sat night we are pregnant. I will be making docs apts on my lunch break today. We've told the family and some were very very excited and others were just like not real impressed. I think it is making me a little sad. And today our little man started his first day of Pre K school. by sameboat
Half way there.... 140 days to go... Found out we're having a girl after being told she was a he at an earlier appointment. Had to train the brain to think about a little girl... hasn't been easy. Choosing a name is very difficult for us. We want an Irish name but nothing to "girlie". My husband and I are both teachers/coaches so we want a name that sounds good on an athlete!!! Still have plenty of time; however, it is a little stressful. by auntdydy

"Morning" sickness is so bad, starts as soon as I wake up and lasts all day until I fall asleep, exhausted from heaving all day. Big goal today is to eat two slices of toast and a banana. by DreaChi
This is my first baby I'm 12 weeks. I just started my new job a month ago and on my first day I fainted and was sent to the hospital after a night there I was told I needed to have my gall bladder removed. A few days later I went under the knife. I'm really worried about having to tell my boss that I will need to take maternity leave. I almost feel that I should just quit when it gets to be that time but then again I will still need a job to be able to support the baby. I've been lucky so far my morning sickness is okay and as long as I can eat every couple of hours at work I can make it through the day. The days do seem to be so long though. by poohbabe25

I'm going for a job interview on Friday and don't know if I should tell them I'm pregnant. Im 9 weeks so you can't tell but my bf who is a business owner says if i don't tell them theyll take it as me lying to them. Any experiences? Should I be honest and risk not getting the job? or "lie" and not tell them and wait for them to be mad? by moonlessnite7
This is agreat blog with fantastic content, i just figured this was some valuable information to share with the members Have You Seen Lisa Olson's new Pregnancy System yet? It's called "Pregnancy Miracle" I've read the whole thing (all 250 pages) and there's some great information in there about how to naturally get pregnant without drugs, surgery or any kind of gimmicks. I highly recommend it - it's very honest and straightforward without all the hype and b.s. you see all over the net these days. We had our shower this weekend and it was a HUGE success! It was extremely stressful for us, since we planned and hosted ourselves, so it was a great relief when everything went off without a hitch! We have one more shower planned for 8/27 and then we are off to do the rest of the shopping ourselves. We are up to 34.5 weeks now! Izzie is going to be here so soon! I'm feeling her less now as she's super cramped in there, but she still finds ways to let me know she's in there and doing just fine. :) by MzJordie

I attended my first prenatal yoga class and it was very inspiring in many ways. The instructor read an excerpt from a book and it talked about how everyone focuses on the pregnancy and then the baby. What about Motherhood? What about you? Very interesting....I am only 14 weeks along with my first so I could be wrong. by chikkee5
Baby#3 on the way. I am 7 weeks along. I decided to wait to go to the doctor until I am 9 weeks so I could get the ultrasound and everything at once rather than make a visit at 5 weeks. But man, this feels like forever since I went in the day I found out with my two prior children. by lisagroome
is it common to get a blood test to make sure that you are pregnant? due to many ovarian cysts my ob insisted that i get blood work done since it is still too early to see a heart beat, and some cysts do cause elevated levels of hcg by nikimazur

36 weeks and hoping to get induced next Wednesday. I'm so tired of being prego. It's not an easy Job. I'm so anxious about seeing my first son. He will probably be my last too. Lol. My daughters are going to love him but he needs to come out first. Sigh. by mellybelly23
So excited that finally i get to know what i'm having! Can't wait till ,y lil one is finally here tho! by JoHannaAlwaysSmiles2011
Making arrangements and appointments is crazy...... thinking about how the women did it old school.....Re read the red Tent and was amazed that there were these medicine women midwives who were able to preform "magic" under intense circumstances.... so crazy different today. Went for ultra sound yesterday and was amazed to see the amniotic sac inside me...i started to cry, my husband just held my hand.... i was finding it hard to breathe..... there you are......in side all of me.... Doctor has me freaked out already about the next series of tests that have to be run, at 12 weeks for the triple screen or something like that.... On the 30th I get to see him/her again on another ultrasound... I am feeling amazing....and tired and a little nauseous..... family doesn't know.... but I think i am ok keeping it from them.... sigh... by roogirl
safarinaAN, The exact same thing happened to me at 6 weeks! My Dr. said that was fine, he said that between 5 and 6 weeks the yolk sack grows and that he doesn't often hear a heartbeat until sometime between 7 and 8 weeks. I went back a week later and sure enough, there was a little heartbeat : ) Don't worry, just make another appointment for a little later! ps..congrats! by mscrays
i'm having hard time understanding exactly how this works. I'm not positive on my LMS but know the week it was within, my doctor said i am 11wks 5days gestationally but 9wks 5 days conception and my due date is Feb. 24 and the conception date was between june 3-5; does that add up? by mommyandwife2011
8 weeks pregnant and found out I'm having twins!!! A little scary since our baby girl is only 10 months old. I am going to have 3 under a year and half! by JosieRyan

Oh my!!! I am going through so much exciitement today. Though I am kinda miserable with the heartburn, extra weight gain, wild emotions, sleepless nights, rib kicks, and so much more, I realize that i am doing this for my little baby and I cant wait to hold him in my arms. I am 31 weeks, and this is where it gets really rough, but its all worth it!!! 9 more weeks to go!!!! by devonejai
i'm 23 wks pregnant. was up most of the night with heartburn and decided to come to work extra early. now i'm regretting it and wish i could go back to bed. i hope this isn't the start of something... by triska

Good day to all. I'm pregnant with baby number one. I am super excited because I was told it might be hard to concieve. I just had uterine fibroids removed in April and my doctor found something that might make it difficult, but here I am. I feel so blessed. by desiv25
Hi every one...I'm a new mom!! My first doctors appointment was yesterday! 5 weeks and 5 days!!!! by Penellopee
I am still very sad about losing my husband 6 weeks ago in a tragic car accident. I can't believe our 1st baby, after struggling to get pregnant, won't get to meet their daddy. I have lost 8 lbs but the last ultrasound at 21 weeks was a very good report, having a baby boy which is what he wanted. Enjoying pregnancy just missing my husband. Good luck everyone. by mcarneyray71
24 weeks today!! I am so excited to see my baby girl. I am feeling a little crummy today though. :( by grismaycott

8w4d and I'm feeling okay! I still cramp pretty frequently. The worst trouble I've had is sleeping! I can never get comfortable and I'm up for all hours of the night! Adding to the already existing fatigue. by MariatheRose
Hoping on Friday this little one will reveal its gender! Keep your fingers UNcrossed for us!!! by damensmummy
Not happy with OB....in the process of trying to find a new one while it's still earlyish (13wks) =o( by aggiegurl99
Found out on Friday its a GIRL! First baby and trying to handle the shock. My husband and I both coach and having a girl is goig to be a real challenge. We are both athletic so I will have to rely on my sister to be the "girly" influence on our daughter! by auntdydy
only 11 days left till my scheduled c-section....cannot wait 2 hold my 2 baby boys! super excited & ready for them 2 be here! by kimmygriggs87
I freaking hate stairs. (Or specifically, going up and down them 15 times in less than 30 minutes.) by meg.dont.fall
