Q&A: How Can I Help Baby Ward Off Colds?

Re:

The Bump Expert

The best way to protect your child from colds is to practice good hand-washing techniques and to limit your baby's exposure to people who are sick (or “just not feeling great”).

Q&A: How Can I Help Baby Ward Off Colds?

If you can exclusively or even partially breastfeed with fresh, not frozen then thawed milk, your baby will get your immunities. This will help fight off colds and illnesses. My expertise? My baby was in the NICU for 3 months due to prematurity and gastroschisis. So, I talked with medical professionals on a daily basis about infant care.
