Yup! As long as you're healthy (and HIV-free), there's nothing harmful in your breast milk. After all, it's made for human consumption, so it's fine to eat. In fact, breast milk has so much good stuff in it (like antibodies), it's been used as a home remedy for diaper rash, sore nipples, burns, bug bites and even as a makeup remover (seriously!). As for the taste, expect it to be bland with a bit of sweetness. And the flavor can actually change subtly depending on what you've been eating.

You could ask a Houston breast lift specialist and he could give you the best answer to your question. My personal opinion is that breast milk is quite safe. As Dawn said, breast milk is produced to feed the baby.
