The Bump Expert

There is no evidence that an exercise program would have any negative effect on your milk supply. In fact, the results of one study suggested that active moms may produce more milk. As long as your doctor has cleared you to begin this routine, you should be fine. Just remember to wear a supportive bra and to start out slowly. Your body went through a lot in pregnancy and childbirth, and it's important to give yourself time to heal and adjust.

Do you know if there are any safe pre-workout drinks? Or any natural energy boosters?

Q&A: Working out while breastfeeding?

I use DUB Nutrition and it has saved me. I started at three months postpartum. I was so tired all of the time and I starting actually gaining weight. I have been on it for three months and I am back at my pre pregnancy weight. I'm actually below it :) I love the lifestyle that DUB Nutrition supports. We focus on three pillars of health. 1-Nutrition 2- Movement and 3- Supplementation. I get that this sounds like an advertisement because it is. I was in a bad space and I joined the DUB Community and it truly has changed my life.
