You might have heard that when you're bottle-feeding a baby, the milk can pool in his mouth and lead to tooth decay. Breastfeeding is different: Baby pulls your nipple to the back of his throat when he feeds, so the milk isn't left hanging around his pearly whites. Go ahead and get your rest at mealtime. Baby will be fine.
