Most likely, yes. However, if there is any damage to your nerves or milk ducts during the surgery, it could affect the amount of milk a baby can get from that breast. But luckily, we're made in such a way that we can breastfeed multiple babies…and you have a whole other breast as back up. Chances are good that you'll be able to produce some milk from the affected breast (if not a full supply), and with a little patience and persistence, the other breast should be able to make up for the rest.
