If you've got the kind of freezer that's a compartment inside the fridge, breast milk can stay in the freezer compartment for up to two weeks. If your freezer is attached to your fridge but has a separate door, you can store your milk up to three to six months. Or, you can store breast milk for six to 12 months in a free-standing deep freezer.
