Re: My baby gets so distracted while he's trying to breastfeed. What can I do?
As your baby becomes more interactive and interested in the world around him, it's normal for him to get distracted. (For example, he may stop nursing to turn and look if someone talks or enters the room.) If distractions are frequently disrupting feedings, consider heading to a dim, quiet room. The soothing, not-so-exciting environment can help baby get down to business.
