(Makes 6 Servings)
2 Bananas, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 Pears, peeled and cut into wedges (I used Bartlett pears)
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Place the bananas and pears on a parchment paper or Silpat lined baking sheet.
3. Roast for 25 minutes.
4. Puree until smooth.
5. Cool and serve.
