I have a question. I was told that i have a tilted upside down uterus and we have been trying for 2 months to have a baby but no luck. Does that have anything to do with it?

I had my second d&c on 12/04/09. I did not bleed after and have not gotten my period since. I was given the 5 day supply of the generic version of Provera and finished taking it a week ago and still have not gotten my period. My doctor is not giving me a reason for not returning to a normal menstrual cycle (which I have always had in the past and had two weeks after my first d&c). I asked if it could be scar tissue and he said he has never had that happen after a surgery he has performed. Can you help to give me some possible scenarios as to why my cycle has not returned? Should I be worried about future fertility? The first two times I was able to get pregnant very easily (even though I miscarried both times). Am I able to get pregnant even though I cannot track my ovulation (and is it safe to try right now)?

I changed my contraceptive from the shot to the pill, and had been taking the pill for about two moths. My hubby and I went on a second honeymoon and I forgot to carry my pills with me.We had had sex about three times during the month. I want to go back on the pill for this month, but is it safe? Or do I need to schedule an appointment The test came back neg for preganancy, but I've been feeling different lalety.Is it just my imagination or could it be something more?

I have been on the pill for 9 years. started ttc last month. Since i have been off, my moods are aweful!! I am on a roller coaster of emotions. My hormones are not right. What should i do? I don't want to take anything that might hurt a future baby.

I am 10 days late. I went for a Pelvic Ultrasound and a Transvag today, I am almost certain it is PCOS since I had cysts before. However, I am extremely tired, I have all the signs of pregnancy. I would like to know if you could help me, I would love to know if I am pregnant.

Feb 14th I had a 5day normal cycle; 5days later here comes some light bleeding(implantation bleeding maybe) took a test 3/10/2011 test came up positive(but it was barely visible) took two more HPT (one digital the other a panel) Both came back negative. I'm confuse!! Which do I believe? Oh and yes I have symptoms~3/5/11 I threw, my breast are sore, I have cravings and i notice Im always tired or have a attitude Which is not me! If I had sex 2/11/11 is it possible that I got pregnant? Would implantation bleeding occur that fast? So confuse Somebody help me please!!!
