Woman Gives Birth to Sextuplets -- Without Fertility Treatments!

A woman from Afghanistan gave birth to sextuplets and what’s even crazier is that she didn’t even know she was expecting more than one baby! According to BBC News, it was 22-year-old Sara Gul’s first pregnancy and she gave birth to three boys and three girls. Thankfully, the babies were all in good condition, but they were underweight (one weighed only one pound, nine ounces). Doctors say that Sara is fine after the delivery, but of course, tired.

Fertility treatments do not exist in Afghanistan, so Sara conceived her six babies naturally.
