Take Vitamins and Get Pregnant Faster
Photo: Veer If you’re going through fertility treatments, you may want to think twice about what kind of daily vitamins you’re taking. According to the UK’s The Telegraph, a new study in Reproduction Biomedicine by University College London found that women who took supplements were more likely to get pregnant and less likely to miscarry. Half of the women in the study took a multivitamin and mineral supplement each day, while the other half took folic acid. The women who took vitamins were able to get pregnant faster and 60 percent were still pregnant after three months, while only 25 percent of the women who took folic acid were pregnant.
