The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission just announced the recall of two kids’ products due to injury risk. Phil&teds Explorer and Hammerhead strollers, sold between August 2010 and June 2011, are being recalled after proof the brake mechanisms can fail. And Fisher-Price's Little People Builders Load 'n Go Wagon is being recalled after five reports of children getting severe cuts from the toy’s handle.
