What sites will I be able to log into now that I'm a member?

As a member of The Knot Inc. Family brands, you'll have one universal login that will give you full access to TheBump.com as well as our sister sites, The Knot.com, TheNest.com, and now WeddingChannel.com. That means you'll be able to search through thousands of articles on everything from inspirational wedding ideas to newlywed relationship advice to must-know pregnancy dos and don'ts -- all with a single username and password. Whether you originally signed up on TheKnot.com or just joined us at TheBump.com, you'll now be able to share the benefits of all of our sites and take full advantage of their inspirational photos, community message boards, vendor reviews, and more!

If I originally signed up before membership was made universal throughout all sites, will any of my account information change?

If you have been with us for awhile and originally signed up with one of our sister sites, your account information will be carried over to all of our brands; but you may be asked for additional information for your profile in order to personalize your visits. There's also the chance that some of your account information was has changed or was updated, so it's a good idea to check and make sure your account information looks exactly how you want it to.

What if I have trouble logging in?

If you ever have trouble logging in, try clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Most of the time we can send your password to the email address that we have on file. If you're still having trouble logging, please call us toll-free at 1-877-335-5252 (Mon-Fri 9:00am-8:00pm; Sat 11:00am-7:00pm EST) and a customer service representative will assist you.

Do I have to create an account to use the interactive tools on TheBump.com?

In order to access the tools available on any of our sites, you do need to create a FREE account. Once you're a member, you will have full access to not only our interactive tools, but also gain the ability to comment on articles or Q&As, participate in our message board discussions, and enter exclusive sweepstakes. You will also gain access to amazing tools, articles, and contests available on TheKnot.com, WeddingChannel.com, and TheNest.com once you become a member of our network of sites.

What does The Knot, Inc. do with the personal information it collects?

Any personal information we gather from you as part of your account will not be shared with other companies or visitors to our sites without your prior permission.

Likewise, any purchase data we gather as you shop on any of our sites will never be shared with other companies without your prior permission. We only keep your order information so that we may contact you concerning your order, if needed. Our TheBump.com customer list is not sold, given to, or exchanged with any other company.

Occasionally, you may receive emails from TheBump.com intended to inform you about new or special features on the site, or to offer you special discount opportunities. It is entirely up to you whether or not you wish to receive these emails. If you would prefer not to receive these email updates, just let us know by replying to one of the emails with "Remove" in the body of the message.

Does it cost anything to set up an account on any of The Knot, Inc. sites?

No -- setting up an account on either TheKnot.com, TheNest.com, TheBump.com, or WeddingChannel.com is absolutely free.

Any particular reason why I have to re-log in EVERY single time I click on my bump? Also, why is there not a way to view my profile as others see it? This site has been a nightmare to navigate. Unfortunately, there aren't many other decent pregnancy sights to share with family. Uggghhhh, seriously. Maybe look to Facebook or MySpace for ideas of how to have a user-friendly site.

After The Bump changed how we update our Avatars, I can no longer update my SN photo, or add any new photos on my signature. WHY? When i "log in" to my account it comes up as Tassie06 with a photo of myself i uploaded (which should show up in my SN when i post), IT DOES NOT. when Im in a thread in the community and click on my name (Tassie'sfirst) it takes me to another page with the Avatar & name saying Tassie. I can not edit or change that one. This is stupid. If you can't make the proper changes to ensure it is "updated" DONT DO IT!!!!! please tell me what to do to allow me to change this.

I get System Unavailable when I try to log in to see my profile. I chose "Watch" on several community posts, hoping I'd be able to go back to my profile and track the responses, but can't get in. Now I don't remember where the posts were located. Ugh.

I have not been able to post in about 2 weeks. I have sent two emails, both of which have gone unanswered and when I call, I get disconnected due to "high call volume" Why can't I post? When I try I am redirected to the login page. After I login, I am taken to the same login page...

Why the hell do you not have a way to contact anyone on this site!?! I've been trying to find emails, but the ones I find, I never receive a response. I have not been able to update my siggy or avatar for over a month now--when will you get it together and answer my emails and/or fix my account?

Facebook is a great site and user-friendly to share your pregnancy experience. You invite whom you want to share information with. My sister in law did this and we all share in her doctor's appointments as well as photos of the development of the baby.

I also cant post anything, it just keeps directing me to the login page over and over again, even though I'm clearly logged in. Also, the hours you posted for customer service are not what your message says. When I call it says hours are M-F 8am-5pm pacific time, not the hours you have posted here. I know this is a free site and all but your customer service is really pretty lousy

How can i make it where i only have to log in once to my page? cause it is annoying having to log back in everytime i go to a different page in this site.. who ever is in charge should make it where we only have to log in once and not a hundred times when we are on here... but if there is a way to make it only once let me know so i can do it... thanks

i am pregnant with my second child. i wanted to add a second baby to the weekly updates and info, but it only allows for one child. it seems like i have to erase my first childs due date to enter the second? this seems like a big oversight :( im hoping i haven't found the way to do it yet. i would love to follow my second pregnancy the same way i did the first :) thank you for any help!
