Maelynn is a feminine name meaning “princess” or “chief.” This name has dual origins in both France and Irish. In France, Maelynn is the feminine derivative of the Celtic name Mael, meaning “prince.” Maelynn is also a combination of the suffix lynn and the name Mae, which has ties to Roman mythology with Maia.
